The end of the first month of Parmas is fast approaching and I can not believe how fast time has flown.

I want to keep the search for Brisbane’s Best Parma as social and interactive as possible. That being the case I would like to celebrate the last Parma of the month by inviting you, members of the Parma Army, to join me.

Each month the invitation will go out to you to come along and enjoy the Parma to be reviewed and to get a bit a chat going.

The final Parma for January will be imbibed on Wednesday 28 January at 6:30pm at the Grand Central Hotel in the Brisbane CBD.

I would be delighted for as many of the Parma Army as possible to attend. Please let me know if you are coming along by lunchtime Tuesday and I will arrange for a table to be booked.

One key rule of the Parma Party to remember: an invitation to join with me in eating Parma does not mean I am buying for everyone. I just want to be clear on that at the outset.
