One of the things that I have found already on my quest to find Brisbane’s Best Parma is that the chicken parmigiana is a meal that promotes much debate.  So, each month, I will be posting a poll for you, the readers, to help come up with the definitive parma.  Each poll will ask questions about parts of the meal that is the chicken parma.  I know what I think but would love to know what you think.
