About

I am a self proclaimed chicken parmigiana aficionado.  To me the chicken parmigiana has all the attributes of the perfect meal: chicken, cheese, ham, tomato sauce, chips and salad and whenever I am out, if there is a parma on the menu, I will always order it.

My love of a parma at any opportunity has led to the notion of finding out where one can get the best chicken parmigiana.  Originally I was thinking of finding the best parma in Australia but that is such a massive search area that, frankly, I have no chance of getting it done so I have decided to search for the best chicken parmigiana in Brisbane.

This is my blog recording my quest.  I will also be tweeting about my quest @brisbestparma and you can email me at brisbanesbestparma@gmail.com.

2015 will be my year of finding of Brisbane’s best chicken parmigiana!

I have had the parma at esq(sister to 3 hat restaurant esquire) and it is a worthy contender. A more refined version.

Narangba Valley Tavern does a pretty decent Parma. Being my local I order it without hesitation every visit.

Can I suggest The Belbowrie Tavern? They have a very agreeable Parma on their lunch menu as well as several variations on the main menu.
